Core Essential Details
- Resistances: Wearing 5 pieces of heavy armor and using Major Resolve will provide sufficient resistances. The cap is 33,100; avoid exceeding this. You can have much less resistances for Dragonstar but more resistances is useful in Blackrose.
- Magicka Recovery: You will be casting a lot in Arena content so to sustain your abilities, aim for 2500+ Magicka Recovery. Use the appropriate Mundus Stone and food to significantly boost your Magicka Recovery.
- Stats: Focus on having a lot of Max Health, you rarely need to block in this content, having more health allows even more comfort in doing so. Suggested max buffed stats: 42k Health, 16k Stamina, 14k Magicka

Wield Soul is a Magicka-costing skill that pulls enemies, taunts them, and returns resources, replacing the need for Silver Leash. This skill is beneficial for all classes, as it allows tanks to use Magicka to cast the skill, which then returns Stamina, aiding in overall sustain. Additionally, it provides a Major buff or debuff; you can choose one that suits your build’s needs. Two excellent options are Major Vitality for increased healing received and Major Cowardice to reduce enemy damage output.
Soul Burst is an accessible potential immobilization skill which is available for all classes. The primary focus is on its AoE, 360-degree immobilization, opening up new crowd control opportunities for classes that previously lacked this option. The other scripts used on this skill can vary depending on what your build is missing, allowing you to customize it to fit your specific needs.
