Welcome to The Tank Club: ESO Halls of Fabrication Main Tank Build.
Halls of Fabrications is a DLC 12-person trial located in Vvardenfell. It was the fifth trial that was introduced into The Elder Scrolls Online with the Morrowind Chapter in June 2017.
This trial has the most main bosses of any trial with 5 different bosses and many add pulls in between.
You will see a lot of new and interesting mechanics in this trial and it is a very Tank heavy trial. It can be initially quite difficult for beginner groups due to the length of the trial and the varying mechanics on every boss.
This Main Tank builds are tried and tested for Veteran and Hardmode Halls of Fabrications.

- Reactive Armor is not essential but it will help you a lot if you are new to the trial. Use Worm Cult as an alternative.
- Engine Guardian helps with your self sustain and Lord Warden help with helping your group survival.

Main Tank Gear
The bosses in this trial vary so much that to optimise each fight both Tanks require quite a few different skill and gear switches to reach maximum efficiency.
Class
This is a very old trial that was created for players of around 300CP on the old Champion Point system. It’s a mechanical trial with low damage so it’s possible to Tank it comfortably with all classes.
Race
Race won’t make a huge difference in this trial, Imperial or Nord would be the best options for the Ultimate benefits.
Mundus
The best Mundus Stone to use here is The Atronach for the extra Magicka Recovery. This is especially important for the first boss when you need to Purge a lot.
Attributes
The suggest stats you should aim for are 38k Health, 22k+ Magicka and 25k+ Stamina.
Food
Bewitched Sugar Skulls will provide you with the most benefit for this trial.
Potions
Essence of Health (Tri-Stat) Potions are good for this trial.
