ESO Night Market Pocket Guide

Welcome to the Night Market, Elder Scrolls Online's first ever limited time event zone

running from April 29th to June 17th. First, you'll need to enter the Night Market. You can

do this through the free quest starter in the Crown Store, by finding the Curator in Fargrave

at the Shambles, or by directly travelling to the Starlit Plaza, which is the main hub of this zone

Once you're inside, you'll need to choose one of three factions to represent for the entire event

This choice is account-wide and locked, so take a moment before you commit because you'll be working with that faction to earn favor, which directly impacts the rewards you can get

From there, you'll start working through the Night Market itself. This is a shared open zone, similar to a public dungeon, but tuned harder

You'll be fighting alongside other players, taking on bosses, events, puzzles and skirmishes, all while building up your progress

The way progression works is through a tiered system. You'll start by killing lower tier bosses in each district, which unlocks stronger higher tier bosses

and those eventually lead into four player dungeon style encounters. From there you'll also unlock the final 12 player trial and take on the three toughest bosses

As you do this, you'll collect relic splinters, which combine to make district relics

These relics unlock new paths through each district and are required to access the dungeon encounters

so they're a key part of progressing through the zone. Everything you do in the night market earns favor for your faction, whether that's killing enemies, completing events or finishing quests

That favor increases your standing, unlocking items from your faction vendor like gear, cosmetics, furnishings and more

while also contributing to your faction's overall performance for end of event rewards

You're also going to unlock the free Night's Den house just by completing the intro quest, which gives you a quick way straight back to the night market
