This is a Health Recovery set that you can make use of for solo situations and something like the portals in vCR. The reason it is good is due to it stacking with other Health Recovery sources and the possibility to have it active 100% of the time if you meet the proc requirements.

You would proc this on yourself by using self healing while on low health. This works as a kind of heal over time as it’s increasing your Health Recovery which ticks every 2 seconds, so it’s not essentially classed as healing but it will heal you via your Health Recovery.

If you combine Troll King with other incoming Health Recovery to boost it’s effectiveness it can be a good healing set, also try using Strategic Reserve and Rejuvenation/Sustained by Suffering Champion Points, The Steed Mundus, Bewitched Sugar Skulls, and Potions with Major Fortitude which can take your Health Recovery to over 4000.

Health Recovery is also really good in situations where you receive a healing debuff, because this is a “Recovery” and not a “Heal” it doesn’t get effected by things such as Baneful Mark in Cloudrest or Mark for Death in Sunspire.
