Add in a sneak peek at a new Mobile MMORPG Sword of Justice, MapleStory’s next hero, Albion’s PvP overhaul, and Throne & Liberty’s mobile ambitions, and it’s clear June is off to a flying start.

Elder Scrolls Online – ‘Seasons of the Worm Cult’ Now Live
The long-awaited Subclassing system is now live in Elder Scrolls Online as part of Update 46, giving players unprecedented flexibility in how they build their characters. For the first time in ESO’s history, players can replace up to two of their class skill lines with those from other classes—allowing for previously impossible hybrid builds.
This system unlocks after a brief quest and is available to any account with at least one level 50 character. With 21 total skill lines available, subclassing offers deep build variety while still preserving core class identity and balance. It’s a massive step forward in personalization and “play your way” design.
The update also marks the beginning of the Seasons of the Worm Cult chapter, introducing the new Solstice zone, a full-length story continuation from the game’s original main quest, a new 12-player Trial (Ossein Cage), and a host of new collectibles and Mythic items.
Console players can expect access to both the subclassing system and new content starting June 18.

New World – Hardcore Seasonal World Rules Revealed Ahead of Launch
Amazon Games has unveiled the full ruleset for New World’s second seasonal server, titled the Hardcore World: Unchained, launching June 4. Designed for veteran players and risk-takers alike, this mode encourages extreme experimentation and pushes survival gameplay to its limits.
To access the server, players must own the Rise of the Angry Earth expansion, as the entire seasonal experience is built around artifact-level progression. Unlike the main game, you can equip multiple Artifacts at once—with no restrictions. According to the devs, even they aren’t sure how wild builds might get. It’s deliberately unbalanced. That’s the point.
Progression is accelerated from the moment you start. A streamlined questline can take you from fresh character to level 60 in under six hours, and a new material, Azerite Tailings, plays a central role. These Tailings drop from nearly every activity and can be converted into inventory caches—containers packed with consumables, gear, Artifact materials, and more.
The server introduces a unique death mechanic: when your character dies, you’re marked as Fallen—a debuff state that grants +25 to all attributes per death stack, changing your build with each setback. Want to reset and try again for the top-tier rewards? You’re free to delete your character and restart. The highest-tier seasonal achievements and Unfallen rewards are only available to players who complete the full challenge without dying.
Exclusive seasonal loot includes:
- Raw Orichalcite Stone,
- Runewood Resin,
- Limited-time cosmetics and titles,
- And unlockable Artifact perks for future use.
This is New World’s most experimental content yet—part speedrun, part survival sim, part gear-lottery—and it kicks off tomorrow.

Lost Ark – Raid Balance, Stylebook & Revive System Coming Mid-June
Smilegate’s upcoming mid-June patch for Lost Ark will introduce a host of changes designed to improve raid flow and solo experience.
Key highlights include:
- Raid balance tweaks to Solstice and Guardian fights, with adjusted enrage timers,

- And a Stylebook system for unlocking cosmetic outfits permanently.
The update hints at a summer expansion but stops short of giving a launch date.

- The Depths, a multi-stage open-world dungeon with traps, PvE boss encounters, and PvP threats,

These additions aim to encourage organic world PvP while rewarding those who engage with the danger.

Ashes of Creation – Summoner Class and Pet System Previewed
