Bellatores Opens Beta Signups & Drops New Gameplay Trailer
Upcoming MMORPG Bellatores has released a brand-new in-game trailer, showcasing large-scale battles, gritty combat, boss fights, and what appears to be PvP siege content between guild factions. The game’s visuals and animations are drawing comparisons to both Black Desert Online and Throne & Liberty.
Closed Beta Test signups are now live via Steam, though the current beta supports only Korean text and may not be accessible globally. Bellatores is set in a medieval world of noble houses, with players forging their legacy on the battlefield and leading their faction to glory.
Chrono Odyssey Dev Blog Highlights Delays & Big Fixes
After mixed feedback from the June beta, Chrono Studio released part one of a post-mortem addressing combat, animation, and performance issues in Chrono Odyssey.
The team is overhauling combat with a new “Matrix” weapon progression system that allows for deeper specialization. They’re also tackling animation desyncs, camera lock bugs, and control issues. GPU and memory performance is being improved using new rendering tech and asset optimization.
Unfortunately, CBT2 may not happen this year. CEO Bong-gun Bae confirmed that development delays may push the next beta to 2026 to ensure it meets quality standards.
Project Ghost Details Blue Zone Roguelike Gameplay
Fantastic Pixel Castle’s Project Ghost has peeled back the curtain on its “Blue Zones”, procedurally generated areas with roguelike mechanics. Unlike earlier survival sandbox plans, these zones are now bite-sized (roughly an hour long), offering players a repeatable experience filled with buildable contraptions, temporary powers, and dynamic layouts.
Players will explore with skyships and construct tools like towers and bridges mid-mission. Future blogs promise a deeper dive into these mechanics and how they tie into broader progression.
Adrullan Online Adventures Preps Next Pre-Alpha Test
The indie MMO formerly known as EverCraft Online (now called Adrullan Online Adventures) has announced its next Community Alpha test from July 11–13. New features include the Halfling Ranger class, expanded stealth mechanics, Human and Ogre race options, and multiple class tuning updates. Anyone with a free account can join this weekend’s data-gathering test.
Monsters & Memories Announces New Open Test
Monsters & Memories will hold its next five-day open playtest from July 23–27. After hosting over 5,000 players during the last session, the team is eager for another community stress test. In their latest devblog, Niche Worlds Cult highlighted recent work on Deep Elf and Deep Gnome characters, sound design, new models like sharks and basilisks, and UI improvements.
Deadeye Arrives in Black Desert Console
The Deadeye class is landing in Black Desert Console on July 10, bringing a bullet-filled arsenal to the fantasy world. Equipped with revolvers, shotguns, and a rocket launcher, Deadeye is the chaotic gunslinger counterpart to the PC version’s Corsair.
Alongside her launch comes Ulukita, a dangerous new region filled with high-level monsters and rare items. PC players saw this content earlier this year, and console adventurers will now face the same challenges.
SWTOR Nar Shaddaa Nightlife Returns
Starting July 8, Star Wars: The Old Republic brings back its Nar Shaddaa Nightlife event through August 19. Players can once again hit the casino strip on Nar Shaddaa and try their luck on slot machines for exclusive rewards and collectibles in Club Vertica and the Star Cluster.
WoW’s Ghosts of K’aresh Update Drops August 5
World of Warcraft’s The War Within continues with the Ghosts of K’aresh update on August 5. The void-ridden world of K’aresh will feature a new hub zone, a Delve, and the Manaforge Omega raid (arriving August 12), all wrapped into a new story arc about the Ethereals and the looming threat of Dimensius. Blizzard also released a full calendar outlining Season 3’s rollout.

From now through next Monday, RavenQuest players can enjoy double experience, double loot, and a 2x Fame Pool bonus. The event gives returning players a great excuse to log in and grind out some serious progress while gearing up for future updates.
