Albion Online PvP Tank Build
Welcome to The Tank Club: Albion Online Tank Build for PvP content
Albion Online is a rare MMORPG because it offers the possibility to play as a Tank in PvP content. These builds have been created for group PvP where you have a large group and you work together as a team, in these situations a solid Tank build can really help support your group either in an Offensive or a Defensive way and here we have you covered for both.
Tanking is very different in PvP, you’ll need to time your abilities and listen to group leader callouts as you’ll be expected to use your abilities at specific moments and target certain enemies.

For our Offensive Tank Build the focus is on creating opportunities for our group to do more damage, and this is mostly achieved by layering as much Crowd Control onto the enemies as possible.
We start off with a Mace along with Sacred Ground to Silence and slow enemies, we then have Air Compressor which will vacuum pull all enemies within 7 metres onto you and finally Deep Leap. When going into a fight you’ll Deep Leap in to AoE Stun and Slow enemies while being immune to CCs, Debuffs and damage then Air Compressor them into a stack and then Sacred Ground them to slow and Silence them.
Next we have the Judicator Helmet and the Electric Discharge ability that just pulses around you and grows in size, Stunning enemies and doing damage to them.
We then combine that with the Judicator Armor to give up to 10 allies increased damage resistance and Healing Received which becomes really useful either when the enemies are pushing back or when you’ve jumped into a large group. On both the Helmet and Armor using Authority will increase the Crowd Control effect durations which is essential.
For the boots we go with Mercenary Shoes and all 3 abilities can be useful here. Dodge will work really well especially when your Deep Leap benefits have ran out, Refreshing Sprint has its uses for the Move Speed and increased Cooldown Rate then Break Free has is good for when you get into a sticky situation.
The Martlock Cape is as always a great option for reducing incoming damage when you get to low health and really need a boost of survival, and the consumables of Avalonian Pork Omelette and Major Resistance Potion give us a huge boost to increased Cast Speed, Cooldown Rate, increased Armor and CC Resistance all of which are really important in this content.
