Comments:
This set will provide around a 1.5% DPS increase to a group if it is applied to Damage Dealers when used.

This set works really well for 4-person content, especially in groups where everyone is using their Ultimate’s on cooldown.

For trials it’s not that useful as there are a lot of other sets that will affect your whole group rather than just 4 people.

This set has a lower Ultimate per second gain compared to Arkasis, however the Arkasis proc can be wasted so this set provides much more reliability. If you combine Drake’s with a Decisive 1 Handed Weapon, it should actually outperform Arkasis.
