Comments:
This can be situationally useful when you have a setup that will work well with this to proc it.

On one side it is better than Bloodspawn because it is completely controlled by your ability to proc it rather than the random proc chance of 6% that Bloodspawn has, however it requires an lot of micro management that most players would struggle to maintain and can be more difficult to proc on certain classes.
