Comments:
This set comes secondary to Symphony of Blades, but Sentinel is a little easier to farm/obtain so its a decent replacement until you can get Symphony. Symphony is also only needed by 1 person so if you are going for group sustain sets then you could have a Tank using Sentinel for even more resource returns.

The resources gained from this set are very minimal and in most cases you would use a different set. An Off Tank would be the most likely to use this where it is needed, and you need to use an active healing skill to proc it. Blood Altar will not proc the set, but combining this on an Off Tank who is in group using Echoing Vigor would likely be the best outcome.
