Comments:

This isn’t an easy set to use as a Tank. The only times it would be worth using it is when you are playing as the Off Tank in a situation where most of a trial is completed by a single Tank dealing with most or all of the Tanking and you are just there as support. This is the case with all of the Craglorn Trials and even things like vMoL and some fights in vHoF.

There are quite a lot of good and useful Tank sets in the game now so it might be difficult to find the space to place this on an Off Tank.
