You can use this set with an Infused Crusher to increase its potency, providing an additional 957 penetration. The pen cap is 18200.

To maintain Torug’s Infused/Crusher the Tank just needs to recast Elemental Blockade every 15 seconds.

This set is pretty unnecessary due to the fact enchants only effect a single target, and if you’re in a fight with multiple enemies or a boss with adds, it might apply to the wrong target. Crimson Oath’s Rive would be a much better option since it’s an AoE set.
